Our Policy
Care:
Since most of our bags are made with upholstery or home
décor fabrics, they have already
been treated for soil resistance. However,
in some cases a bag may be made with several
different fabric types, so we have taken the
guesswork out and sprayed your fabric bag with
Scotch Guard to keep it clean and new. Gentle
spot cleaning is all that is recommended. DO
NOT MACHINE WASH.
Custom Orders:
We welcome custom orders! Since most of
our bags are made to order, it allows you to
customize easily. Just let us know and
we will make your bag to suit you personally.
Payment:
Payment can be made on line via Pay Pal (MC or
Visa), by check or money order. If paying
by check or money order, please click
here for our printable invoice, complete all fields,
and mail it with your check or money order.
Sales Tax: Massachusetts
residents, 5% sales tax will be added to your
order.
Delivery:
Please allow up to two weeks for us to complete
your order and up to three weeks if you have
ordered a custom bag. Custom bags must
be paid for in full before production begins.
If you have purchased
online, your order will be shipped immediately
upon completion. If
you have paid by check, we will ship once your
check has cleared.
We will ship anywhere
in the continental US via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping
and Handling charges are as follows:

If you live in the
local area, you can arrange to pick up your
order and avoid shipping charges. Simply
send your order via email to jan@jayellesdesigns.com and
we will invoice you without shipping charges. When
your order is completed, we will notify you and
make arrangements for you to pick up your bag.
Returns:
We accept returns for exchange or store credit
within 10 days of delivery provided the bag
has not been used. In the case of a defect
due to our construction, we will accept a return
up to 30 days for repair. If your bag
cannot be repaired, you may swap it for another
bag. Overused, worn or soiled bags are
not returnable.
Sorry, all custom-made bags are final
sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. |
